Responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating the rules governing our organization. Our goal is to keep bylaws current and aligned with our organizations fundamental beliefs and objectives.
What are our goals?
Train Members on Meeting Rules and Decorum
Educate members on best practices for productive and respectful meetings.
Conduct Regular Reviews of Standing Rules and Policies
Regularly assess rules to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
Create a FAQ for Common Bylaws and Rules Questions
Provide answers to common procedural questions to make rules more accessible and understandable.

Plan and organize content in advance to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
Host Workshops
Train members on best practices for using digital tools to communicate effectively.
Analyze and Report
Track performance metrics to understand what resonates with the audience and make data-driven improvements.

Endorsements
Responsible for evaluating and presenting endorsements to our organization. We review endorsement requests, assess their alignment with our values, and provide recommendations on the best endorsements to support our mission and goals.
What are our goals?
Review and Develop Existing Endorsements Documentation
Ensure it aligns with existing party values
Align it with County and other orgs
Develop Equitable and Transparent System
Ensure the ranking process is equity minded and transparent to the body
Candidate Communication and Accessibility
Ensure that the endorsement process is fair to all candidates and that new candidates have the same access

We are focused on securing financial support for our organization. We plan and execute fundraising events, develop and maintain donor relationships, and ensure that our funding aligns with our mission and goals.

Develop a comprehensive event calendar to ensure consistent opportunities for engagement and fundraising.
Set Fundraising & Event Goals
Define clear objectives for fundraising efforts to measure success and motivate members.
Organize Fundraising Events (e.g., trivia night, silent auctions)
Host creative, engaging events that attract diverse participants and generate funds.
Coordinate Volunteer Appreciation Events
Show gratitude to volunteers with special events that recognize their hard work and contributions.

We are committed to addressing issues related to workers and military personnel within our Legislative District. We advocate for fair labor practices, support military members and their families, and work to ensure policies that protect their rights and well-being.

Provide educational opportunities to empower 38th LD PCOs and Members with knowledge and history of workers’ rights and protections.
Advocate for Labor-Friendly Policies
Promote legislation that supports workers’ rights and benefits.
Establish Connections with Unions and Military Advocates
Build relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and advocacy efforts.

Membership Development & Outreach
We are focused on growing our organization and engaging with our community. We work to recruit new members, retain existing ones, and foster connections through community outreach and events.
What are our goals?
PCO Support
Trainings, organizational binders, business cards, pins, etc.
Provide essential tools and resources to empower Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) in their roles, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
Quarterly Mailers
Distribute quarterly mailers to inform, engage, and connect with potential 38th LD members and the local community
Create Welcome Packets for New Members
Distribute information packets that include key resources, FAQs, and an introduction to the organization’s goals.
